Abstract

В статье освещены наиболее значимые преобразования предпринимательства российской сферы услуг с момента смены экономической формации в стране. Представлено авторское видение институциональной трансформации сферы услуг. Выделены изменения, связанные с реструктуризацией российской сферы сервиса при переходе командно-административной к рыночной системе управления страной (начальная стадия трансформации). Рассмотрены процессы, характерные для современного периода развития сферы услуг. Подробно освещены видоизменения сферы сервиса связанные со сменой формы собственности предприятий, выходом на российский рынок субъектов «нового частного предпринимательства» и усилением роли малых сервисных предприятий в экономике страны
