Abstract

В статье рассмотрены научные подходы к определению критериев и показателей качества услуг общественного сектора, систематизированы направления совершенствования обеспечения качества таких услуг. Выявлены особенно­сти процессов предоставления публичных услуг, обусловливающие необходимость определения особой категории — социально значимого качества — служащей областью интеграции интересов конечных потребителей, заказчиков (инвесторов) и организаций, предоставляющих услуги в общественном секторе. Предложена номенклатура критериев и детерминант качества условий предоставления публичной услуги
