Abstract

В статье изложен опыт первоначальной разработки концепции и стратегии модернизации экономики Республики Саха (Якутия) в 1996–2000 гг., когда в стране почти не были изучены теоретические и методологические проблемы модернизации экономики, как на национальном, так и на региональном уровнях. Показаны цели, задачи, направления, организационно-экономические и нормативно-правовые механизмы осуществления модернизации региональной экономики в условиях становления рыночных отношений и возможного выхода региона из системного кризиса
