Проблемы Реализации Столичной Функции В Городской Системе России

Abstract

В статье определены особенности городской системы России по сравнению со странами Восточной Европы и городскими системами крупнейших развитых и развивающихся стран. Особое внимание уделяется распределению экономической активности между крупнейшими городами России, показаны диспропорции между столицей и нестоличными крупнейшими городами. Проведен анализ некоторых популярных международных рейтингов городов и уровень представления в них крупнейших городов России. Показано, что городская система страны может быть охарактеризована как недостаточно интегрированная в глобальную экономику за исключением Москвы. Дальнейший анализ показал, что более сбалансированное распределение экономических функций в национальной городской системе способствует повышению конкурентоспособности столицы. Сделан вывод о необходимости развития столичной функции Москвы в целях более активного использования потенциала крупнейших городов
