Abstract

В статье исследуется экономическая природа формирования конкурентной среды путем кластеризации, как основы инновационного развития в условиях монополизации рынка, в т.ч. естественными монополиями. Предлагается экономическая модель для обоснования эффективности инновационного кластерного развития, включая кластерную информатизацию, связывающая форму кривой отраслевого спроса, плотность распределения вероятностей для времени достижения доверия покупателей и затраты на маркетинг
