Предпринимательство В России: Анализ Факторов Влияния

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам развития малого и среднего бизнеса, а также проблемам молодежного предпринимательства. Проблемы продвижения предпринимательства в молодежной среде связаны с целым комплексом причин, в том числе с имиджем российского предпринимателя. Автором проанализированы такие факторы влияния как поддержка органов власти всех уровней — от государства до местного самоуправления, правовая поддержка, возможность использования финансовой системы, отношение к предпринимательству со стороны общества, культура предпринимательства, отношение к женскому и мужскому предпринимательству, предприимчивость, инициативность как черты личности. Все указанные факторы получили эмпирическую проверку в исследовании организаций малого бизнеса. Выявлены проблемы недоиспользования ресурсов, предлагаемых государством (в частности, информационные), отношения общества к успехам предпринимателей, гендерные аспекты предпринимательства
