Циклическая Динамика Инфляции В Экономике Ссср: Исторические Тренды И Распределительные Конфликты

Abstract

В статье анализируется нелинейная динамика инфляции в советской экономике. На основании концепции «общественного согласия», согласно которой инфляция представляет собой форму выражения масштабного распределительного конфликта в обществе, в работе демонстрируется проверка гипотезы о циклообразующей роли распределительных конфликтов в нелинейной динамике инфляционных процессов в нерыночных системах на примере экономики СССР. В результате проведенного исследования показано, что распределительный конфликт, как основной источник нелинейной динамики инфляции, присущ разным типам экономических систем, независимо от их политико-экономического устройства. Поэтому используемые в настоящее время способы регулирования инфляции, направленные на ее монетарную составляющую, явно недостаточны
