Abstract

На основе исторического подхода исследуется и анализируется социальная роль государства в современном обществе, экономическую основу которого составляет рыночная экономика. В основе исследования лежит степень социальной справедливости в том или ином государстве (включая Российскую Федерацию), который как раз и характеризует уровень общественного прогресса в данной стране. Предложен экономический механизм успешной реализации социальной политики в рыночных государствах
