Abstract

Качественные изменения в посткризисной (после экономического кризиса 2008 г.) мировой экономике привели к формированию новой модели организации бизнеса и стратегии построения отношений между фирмами. В статье рассматриваются три основных вопроса: 1) социально-экономические предпосылки развития новой формы организации бизнеса; 2) новые тенденции в соотношении между вертикальной и горизонтальной интеграцией современных фирм; 3) правовые и социокультурные условия развития национальных и глобальных цепей поставок и создания стоимости. Анализируются итоги исследований ведущих университетов мира по этим темам, на основании публикаций 2012–2014 гг
