Abstract

В статье рассмотрено влияние научно-образовательной подсистемы и влияние ее на конкурентоспособность региона, сделан вывод о ее целостности. Предложено создание ключевой компетенции, которая придаст любому региону, и Санкт-Петербургу в частности, конкурентное преимущество, а также интеллектуальное лидерство.
