Оптимальная Траектория Жизненного Цикла Фирмы

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме разрешения противоречия теории жизненного цикла Л. Грейнера, основанной на концепции ее непрерывного роста, и И.К. Адизеса, включающей тезис о неизбежном спаде на жизненном пути фирмы, за счет разделения понятий фаза (то есть уникальное состояние фирмы, как у Л. Грейнера) и разворачивающаяся во времени стадия жизненного цикла (у И.К. Адизеса). В статье показана особая роль стадии старости, которой может соответствовать любая фаза жизненного цикла, и происходит ветвление его траектории, а также предложена оптимальная спиралевидная траектория жизненного цикла, открывающая ей путь в бессмертие
