Abstract

В статье проанализирована текущая ситуация по осуществлению контроля за трансфертным ценообразованием в российском и международном законодательстве. Рассмотрены суть и цели трансфертного ценообразования, методы определения трансфертных цен, а также пути развития законодательных норм в российском и международном законодательстве в области трансфертного ценообразования
