Abstract

В статье дана комплексная оценка ситуации, сложившейся на региональном рынке труда рабочих профессий. Выявлены наиболее востребованные профессии производственных рабочих. Проведен сравнительный анализ данных о вакансиях, зарегистрированных в центрах занятости населения города Москвы, а также данных специализированных кадровых порталов и печатных средств массовой информации, в том числе данных о требованиях к соискателям рабочих профессий и заработной плате. Предложены меры по популяризации рабочих профессий и привлечению молодежи на рабочие профессии в регионах Российской Федерации, учитывающие международные тенденции на рынке труда рабочих кадров
