Abstract

В статье рассматривается место России в мировой экономике XXI века. Готова ли Россия достойно конкурировать с США, Японией, странами ЕС, «тиграми ЮВА», Китаем, стремительно развивающимися экономиками? Этим вопросам посвящены 2 статьи, публикуемые в журнале. Первая из них «Россия в глобальной экономике: десять лет спустя» была опубликована в №1(2014). Данная статья посвящена природе низких темпов роста ВВП в российской экономике, невысокого уровня ВВП на душу населения и в целом качества жизни. Анализ проводится на основе статистики международных организаций по сопоставимым методикам и охватывает, в частности, индекс глобальной конкурентоспособности национальных экономик, производительность труда, экспорт продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью, условия ведения бизнеса. Рассматриваются сценарии развития российской экономики в первой четверти XXI века
