Abstract

Повышение эффективности функционирования различных сегментов национальной экономики непосредственно связано с развитием инфраструктуры. Это в полной мере относится и к финансовым рынкам. В статье анализируются основополагающие принципы развития институтов инфраструктуры финансовых рынков, разработанные международными финансовыми организациями. Сделан вывод о том, что создаваемая в России нормативно-правовая база способствует созданию в институтах инфраструктуры условий, обеспечивающих эффективность и стабильность функционирования национального финансового рынка
