Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования системы управления затратами производства с учетом особенностей конкурентной борьбы и международных интеграционных процессов. Выделяется значимость подготовительного этапа при создании подразделения контроллинга, влияющего на деятельность предприятия, который позволяет определить "болевые точки" в работе экономического субъекта
