Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности построения системы показателей в контроллинговых целях применительно к банковской сфере. Авторами предлагается методический подход разработки системы показателей коммерческого банка с использованием поэтапного анализа функциональной структуры банка и объектов контроллинга. Разработан комплекс предварительных процедур, позволяющий произвести анализ потребностей руководства в мониторинговых величинах и создать гибкую систему показателей, адаптированную для банковской сферы
