Abstract

В статье раскрываются понятия разделяемых ценностей в организационной культуре потребительской кооперации и кооперативный кодекс ведения бизнеса. Исследование построено на данных специально организованного статистического наблюдения. Предлагаются рекомендации, которые позволят повысить эффективность управления в кооперативных организациях, создать условия для участия пайщиков в управлении.
