Abstract

В статье рассматриваются результаты реализации Федерального закона 217-ФЗ о создании на базе вузов и научных организаций хозяйственных обществ в целях внедрения результатов интеллектуальной деятельности. Анализируются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются вузы при их создании. Предлагаются рекомендации по совершенствованию механизмов стимулирования предприятий реального сектора экономики к взаимодействию с вузами в контексте использования имеющихся у высшей школы объектов интеллектуальной собственности.
