Abstract

В статье анализируется формирование банковского законодательства Грузии в 1991 – 2011 годах. Рассматриваются наиболее важные его аспекты, а также правила и приказы Национального банка Грузии, существенно влияющие на деятельность банков, в частности на процесс фильтрации банковского сектора и привлечения иностранного капитала.
