Сущностные Характеристики И Понятие Информационной Услуги

Abstract

В статье уточнены теоретические основы изучения понятия «услуга», проведен анализ и классификация характеристик и свойств услуг. Представлены современные определения понятия «информационная услуга». Выделен перечень потребностей общества в информационных услугах и описаны факторы, влияющие на развитие информационных услуг, ресурсов, технологий и систем в современной экономике России. Определены сущностные характеристики предоставления информационной услуги в виде информации и знаний. Предложено авторское уточнение понятия «информационная услуга».
