Abstract

В статье реализуется системно-кибернетический подход к анализу социально-трудовой сферы (СТС) в инновационной экономике. Рассматриваются методологические основы анализа механизмов управления в экономической системе в контексте соотношения государственной регламентации и самостоятельности экономических агентов.
