Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы управления дебиторской задолженностью и пути их эффективного решения. Автором даны предложения по совершенствованию учетно-информационного обеспечения процесса управления дебиторской задолженностью, ориентированного на формирование информации для управленческого аппарата на разных уровнях руководства в необходимой степени детализации и обобщения на основе систематизированного отбора по выбранным критериям. Определены процедуры на стадиях предварительного, текущего и последующего контроля за движением и инкассацией дебиторской задолженности как функции управления, направленные на решение основных задач по укреплению финансового состояния организации и повышению конкурентоспособности.
