Организация Малых И Средних Предприятий В Виде Групп Как Фактор Их Успешного Развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные практические модели организации малых и средних предприятий в виде групп. Выявляются плюсы и минусы учреждения новых предприятий, изучается использование схем косвенного контроля и перекрестного владения. Эти элементы организационной структуры рассматриваются с позиции развития предприятия. Определяется порядок их применения для поддержания устойчивого роста и содействия достижению компанией конкурентных преимуществ.
