Abstract

В статье рассмотрены специфика, основные направления и перспективы приграничного сотрудничества России и Монголии. Дана характеристика экономики Монголии, сделан сравнительный анализ социально-экономических показателей и данных по сельскому хозяйству Монголии и приграничных с ней регионов России, а также Республики Тыва и приграничных с ней аймаков Монголии. Определены факторы способствующие развитию приграничного сотрудничества и сдерживающие его. Предложены рекомендации по преодолению существующих проблем. Определен потенциал двусторонней приграничной торговли.
