Abstract

В статье обобщается опыт реализации в Евросоюзе интегрированной продуктовой политики (ИПП), направленной на непрерывный процесс экологизации взаимосвязанных ступеней продукционной цепочки продовольствия, в рамках которого должны формироваться адекватные рыночные стимулы как производства, так и потребления экологически безопасных продуктов. Анализируются современные тенденции развития ИПП, включая экологизацию государственных закупок продовольствия и деятельности розничных сетевых организаций, расширение практики применения экомаркировки продукции. Выстраивание подобного интегрированного подхода в России имеет принципиальное значение для обеспечения продовольственной и экологической безопасности страны.
