Abstract

В статье раскрыты особенности современных мегаполисов, показано их влияние на социально-экономическое развитие региона, дана характеристика экономического развития Санкт-Петербурга, выявлены проблемы мегаполисов как сложных социально-экономических систем и показана необходимость оптимизации их пространственного развития на основе комплексной застройки.
