Abstract

В статье, на основании научных источников и статистических изданий, проведен сравнительный анализ использования фактора знаний и инноваций в национальных хозяйственных системах. Представлена схема расчета индекса экономики знаний. Дана сравнительная характеристика уровня развития институционально-экономической сферы России и ряда других стран.
