Abstract

В статье исследуются проблемы синхронизации процесса управления рисками и бюджетирования. Проведен анализ определений риска и бюджетирования. Сформулированы основные задачи бюджетирования как управленческой технологии. Предложен подход к формированию системы оценки рисков в процессе бюджетирования.
