Abstract

В статье рассмотрена системная трансформация высшей школы России, которая выявила принципиально важную особенность, обуславливающую эффективность функционирования образовательной системы активное развитие инновационной деятельности в вузе, что соответствует общемировым тенденциям, отражающим формирование «предпринимательских университетов», в которых реализация инновационной деятельности рассматривается в качестве «третьей миссии» вуза. В этой связи актуальным представляется формирование соответствующего понятийно-категориального аппарата. При этом должны быть учтены современные тенденции реформирования системы высшего профессионального образования Российской Федерации.
