Abstract

В статье рассматривается методология разработки механизма структурного изменения задач целеполагания для органов местного самоуправления в рамках общегосударственных управленческих задач. Представлена примерная схема управления системными показателями в условиях послекризисного переходного периода. Сформированы рекомендации по организационно-управленческой деятельности на процессуальном структурном уровне показателей, а так же на производи ых уровнях.
