Социально-Экономические Аспекты Реализации Проекта Переработки Углей В Синтетическое Жидкое Топливо На Территории Приморского Края

Abstract

Уголь остается одним из важнейших видов топливно-энергетических ресурсов. Реализация накопленного технологического потенциала переработки углей признается актуальным направлением инновационного развития угольной отрасли России и Приморского края. Основной проблемой ЖКХ Приморского края является обеспечение топочным мазутом и высокие затраты бюджета на его приобретение. Как вариант решения проблемы предлагается организация производства синтетического жидкого топлива (СЖТ) из приморских бурых углей. Реализация проекта в Приморье имеет существенную социально-экономическую и отраслевую значимость. В Приморском крае имеются все возможности для реализации проекта на базе Павловского буроугольного месторождения.
