Abstract

Рассматривается проблема создания удобных для контроля механизмов, позволяющих вносить коррекции в рабочий процесс до момента его завершения и таким образом влиять на конечный результат. Это важно, когда неправильный результат рабочего процесса может привести к серьезным финансовым или человеческим потерям. На примере «Процесса управления изменениями ИТ услуг» предложен метод, позволяющий решить проблему контроля выполнения рабочих процессов в организации
