Abstract

Показана применимость ранее разработанной модели к описанию процесса принятия управленческих решений на уровне структурного подразделения (СП) Сбербанка России.На основании анализа эмпирического объекта установлены количественные соотношения между показателем эффективности работы службы персонала и временными характеристиками операционной деятельности СП, выполнение которых необходимо для обеспечения требуемого уровня эффективности операционной деятельности СП. Сформулированы уп-равленческие рекомендации для руководителей среднего звена и топ-менедж-мента Сбербанка.
