Методика Количественного Измерения Трансакционных Издержек

Abstract

Предлагается общий подход для измерения и количественной оценки трансакционных издержек организации. С этой целью разработана методика, состоящая из двух этапов последовательной декомпозиции себестоимости сначала на основные элементы, а затем элементов на трансформационные и трансакционные издержки с последующим их выделением и суммированием по видам. Данный подход позволяет с приемлемой степенью точности не только измерить количественно, но и оценить их динамику по объемам выпуска, что обеспечивает возможность расширения представления о структурно-ком-позиционных принципах построения фирмы как объекта экономической теории.
