Abstract

Рассмотрен институт трудового права Республики Корея. Описаны основополагающие законы о труде. Изучены режимы труда и отдыха, установленные законодательством. Разъяснены особенности трудового договора, коллективного договора и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. Представлен список вопросов в области управления персоналом, которые организация должна осветить в локальных нормативных актах. Работа будет интересна специалистам отдела по управлению персоналом, связанным с иностранной рабочей силой, а также всем интересующимся трудовым законодательством зарубежных стран.
