Abstract

Представлен анализ основных исследований в области правовой регламентации труда в Индии, опубликованных в научных журналах с 2003 по 2015 г. Рассмотрена законодательная база, регламентирующая трудовую деятельность экономически активного населения Индии. Описаны законы «О промышленных спорах», «О профсоюзах», «О промышленной занятости», «О трудовом договоре» и т.д.; определены «слабые места» законодательства Индии в области охраны труда, международной миграции и детской занятости. Также рассмотрены организации, занимающиеся защитой прав трудящихся, такие как Индийская конференция труда (ИКТ), профсоюзы и благотворительные фонды.
