Abstract

Управление финансами - популярная тема научных статей, учебников, публикаций в СМИ. Однако исследования в области управления финансами непременно переходят от управления фондами денежных средств и отношениями по их формированию к управлению деятельностью людей. Происходит подмена предметов управленческой деятельности при управлении финансами (финансов на финансово-экономические органы), объединение объекта управления и субъекта управления. Помимо этого, сам процесс управления переходит из области финансов в область права. В статье сделана попытка объяснить подобную трансформацию.
