Abstract

В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы развития государственно-частного партнерства в Российской Федерации. Выделен ряд проблем реализации ГПЧ-проектов в субъектах России. Оценено современное состояние и выявлены проблемы реализации ГЧП-проектов. Приведены примеры проектов в определенных субъектах Российской Федерации, в том числе и Приморском крае. В рамках статьи представлен рейтинг субъектов Российской Федерации по уровню развития ГЧП, по методике комплексной оценки, разработанной Центром развития ГЧП
