Abstract

В статье представлена методика оценки эффективности функциони-рования корпоративных розничных торговых сетей, которая включает ал-горитм оценки и показатели оценки на каждом этапе: оценка внешней эко-номической эффективности функционирования по уровням управления (ре-гиональный, локальный), оценка внутренней экономической эффективности по видам деятельности (финансовая, торговая, маркетинговая, управления персоналом, инновационная), оценка эффективности взаимодействия тор-говых предприятий в составе сети, оценка синергетического эффекта функционирования сети и оценка социальной эффективности функциониро-вания сети.
