Abstract

Рассматриваются основные (базовые) модели управления морскими коммерческими портами в странах ЕС и АТР. На основе обобщения мирового опыта управления автономными (свободными) морскими портами предлагаются мероприятия по организации свободного режима коммерческой деятельности морского порта Владивосток
