Влияние Экспортного Товарно-Сырьевого Бизнеса На Развитие Экономики Морских Портов Дальневосточного Региона

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема развития ведущих (градообразующих) морских портов Дальневосточного региона в условиях изменения специализации с учетом концентрации экспортных товарно-сырьевых грузов в структуре грузооборота. В целях повышения экономической эффективности (прибыльности) морских портов региона предлагается повысить стоимость использования региональной грузовой базы посредством развития собственных обрабатывающей и машиностроительной отраслей. Для увеличения производительности и качества труда в морских портах региона предлагается повысить уровень подготовки специалистов в области корпоративного менеджмента и транспортной логистики в ведущих вузах ДФО.
