Освоение Сибирских Территорий На Примере Иркутской Области Через Призму Инвестиционных Проблем

Abstract

Рассматриваются понятийные вопросы освоения территорий и практические действия в области освоения сибирских территорий в XXI в. Одной из центральных задач реализации целей освоения считается его инвестиционное обеспечение. Предметом данного исследования являются проблемы инвестиционных процессов, обеспечивающих реализацию задач освоения. Проанализированы стратегические и тактические меры освоения с нормативной и позитивной точек зрения. Показана региональная взаимосвязь ВРП-потребление-накопление/прибыль-инвестиции-ВРП, которая обнаружила весьма разнодинамические тенденции и взаимосвязи. Установлено наиболее узкое звено в рассмотренных функциональных парных соотношениях (накопление/прибыль-инвестиции), что требует решения фундаментальных проблем промышленной и инвестиционной политики.
