Abstract

Обосновывается актуальность изучения проблем оценки результативности государственного органа надзора и контроля трудовых отношений федеральной инспекции труда в регионах как составной части территориальных исполнительных государственных структур. Рассматриваются особенности методологических и методических подходов к оценке эффективности (результативности) их деятельности. Обобщены опыт и подходы к подобной оценке в зарубежных странах. Составлен алгоритм процесса качества деятельности государственных структур с учетом его адаптации для оценки деятельности государственных инспекций труда в регионах. Предложены показатели в рекомендуемой адаптированной индексно-рейтинговой методике оценки деятельности сотрудников инспекций для совершенствования организации и мотивации качества их труда.
