Abstract

В статье обосновывается эффективность и допустимость применения зарекомендовавшего себя на предприятиях реальной сферы экономики проектного подхода при реализации стратегии развития вуза. На основе анализа практики использования проектного подхода в проектно-ориентированных организациях авторами предложен процесс формирования портфеля при реализации стратегии в виде итерационных шагов.
