Abstract

Приведены результаты критического анализа применяемых в России и предлагаемых отечественными исследователями методик оценки и организации мониторинга бюджетной, социальной и экономической результативности налоговых льгот. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию оценки экономической эффективности налоговых льгот в регионе на основе показателя валового регионального продукта, учета взаимного влияния налогов, использования для проведения расчетов эффекта современного инструментария инвестиционного анализа. Совершенствование методик позволит повысить качество регионального управления.
