Abstract

Предлагается механизм усовершенствования системы оценки государственного менеджмента путем встраивания системы целеполагания. Показана работа механизма на практике на примере Иркутской области. Результаты позволят усовершенствовать систему оценки эффективности деятельности исполнительных органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации.
