Анализ Роли Малого Предпринимательства В Муниципальном Заказе

Abstract

Разработан методический подход к оценке уровня участия малого предпринимательства в муниципальном заказе. Приведены итоги построения экономико-математических моделей, описывающих количество и стоимость контрактов, заключенных с субъектами малого предпринимательства для муниципальных нужд. Установлен удельный вес контрактов с малыми предприятиями в общей величине муниципальных закупок в 2012 г. Представлены средние по регионам значения указанных показателей, а также диапазоны их изменения. Рассмотрены положительные стороны и недостатки введенной с 2014 г. федеральной контрактной системы. Предложенная методика может быть использована для мониторинга участия малых предприятий в муниципальном заказе.
