Исследование Проблем Перехода Регионов Дальнего Востока На Инновационный Путь Развития

Abstract

Рассмотрены подходы дальневосточных ученых к исследованию проблем инновационного развития, отмечена согласованность их оценок с выводами отечественных и зарубежных специалистов. В качестве направлений активизации научного поиска выделены глобальная конкуренция нематериальных активов, приобретение человеческим капиталом способности создавать инновационный доход, превращение предпринимательского сектора в основной генератор инновационной активности, возрастание в структуре инновационного процесса значения управления. Результаты могут использоваться при изучении вопросов инновационного развития экономики.
