Abstract

Предложено совершенствование режима монетарной политики, известного как инфляционное таргетирование, на основе широкого спектра монетарных и пруденциальных инструментов. Отмечена необходимость сохранения ценовой стабильности, как ключевой цели данного режима. Результаты позволят центральным банкам более эффективно реагировать на появление финансовых дисбалансов и возможные экономические кризисы.
